I Planned my Own Wedding – That’s right, I went thru this whole shebang before. And I was inspired with the details, production, and execution of an event of this importance and capacity. This was the beginning into my fate in this wedding industry and continued love for detailed event planning. We started with a blank slate industrial building and transformed it into a magical twinkle lit chic wonderland. And we did all the nitty gritty - from basic table and chair rentals to unique specialty rentals to creating a masterful floorplan. We created a delicious dream menu with signature drinks and found/hired/befriended the most incredible photographer, florist, and beyond. I’ve been in your shoes, and those shoes can get uncomfortable. I know the stress you’re feeling, and I will treat your wedding like I treated my own – with meticulous planning, organization, and thorough communication.

I’m Experienced – My event experience ranges from event management in advertising to setting up retreats for an environmental nonprofit, to working directly for some of the event industry masters. With my own wedding under my belt I went on to work for the undeniably lovely A Family Affair of Maine, an incredible biz led by a brilliant event+design guru (Hi, Paula!) that specializes in wedding planning and specialty rentals (swoon). From there I furthered my event logistics for the drool-worthy Fire and Co run by business extraordinaire Mr. Ryan Carey. This amazing catering company and team are some of the best and most beloved in the industry, which simply propelled my ability to make connections with incredible vendors and venues. Working for some of the best has given me an advantage in the event industry, that I’m ready to let you tap into.

I’m Responsive – You’re engaged! You’re planning your wedding! And you might have a full time job while doing this. The time that you have to carve out for your wedding planning may be minimal, and the absolute worst thing when you designate time to get things done is have hear crickets from your planner or squad when you reach out. I’m incredibly responsive and supportive to you through this crazy process.

I’m Efficient – When it comes to planning I’m not going to waste your time – I get right to work with detailed email correspondence, clear conversations, and appropriate goals along the way. I stay on track, and I’ll make sure you’re on track, too.

My Offerings are Totally Customizable – The age old saying that “no two events are the same” is completely true and valid. Maybe you’re having an intimate wedding with a limited number of guests. Or perhaps you want me to plan a multi-day soiree for your out-of-town guests to ensure your wedding weekend is a lasting memory. I’m happy to talk thru all of your options and customize the perfect plan based on your needs and vision.

My “Day-Of” package is actually 2 months of planning – Um, because a month is not enough! While many planners start their work with you one month out, we’ll start a full two months before your wedding day to ensure no stone is left unturned.  At a month you’re at the countdown point to the extreme, so why would we begin our work then? You want to be prepared, I want to be prepared. So I offer my “day-of” clients an advantage by starting the wedding day coordination well in advance of a month-out.

I’m a State-of-Maine Expert – I’ve lived all over Maine, and I appreciate all the different parts of this glorious state. I’ve even written a little diddy about why you should get married in Maine here.

I’m Here For You – Planning a wedding is an incredible joy, but, well, it can be stressful. If you’re freaking out a touch (and trust me it happens) I’m here for you darlin. I’m a text/phone call/coffee break away for an unloading session. And on the big day? I’ve got your back all day, your happiness is my #1 priority.

Does this all speak your language? Fab.
